I had a few friends who had gotten their dresses at Precious Memories, so I knew that it was a great place.  But I had no idea they would be so helpful and so concerned about MY wedding since they have so many clients.  They made me feel like I was the only person they were helping and have helped make planning my wedding even more special!

The Precious Memories experience has been just that!

My own wedding was more than 25 years ago and things have changed so much! Having Tanya's expertise and professionalism has been such a blessing!  I've so enjoyed the mother-daughter experience as well!  And the convienence of being able to get the wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses, mother's dresses, tuxes, shoes, and even invitations in one stop is great!

  I feel we came through the door strangers and will leave with a new friend!

My experience at Precious Memories Bridal was definitely a positive

aspect of my wedding planning. I found the hours the store was open to

be very convenient, and the store has a special atmosphere due to the

helpful, welcoming staff. It is not like other bridal stores I went to

prior to Precious Memories in search for my dress, because I was

treated as a real person there, not just another sale. Tonya, the

owner, first helped me and she just wanted me to find the right dress.

It did not seem to matter to her whether it cost $500 or $1500, because

she just wanted me to be happy with my choice and did not try to

persuade me into buying the more expensive one. I ended up purchasing

my dress, veil, shoes, and bridesmaid dresses from there. The special

ordered veil and bridesmaid dresses arrived in a timely manner, and

everything was made correctly.  I would recommend Precious Memories

Bridal to every future bride in this area. In my opinion, the excellent

services and reasonably priced merchandise received from there are of a

higher quality than any other bridal store in Southeast Missouri or

Southern Illinois.

"I had only lived in Jackson 7 months before I got engaged and had no idea where to go to look for a dress.  I started asking around and everyone suggested Precious Memories off the square in Jackson.  The first time I went, I was so pleased at how friendly Tonya and her staff were.  They were so helpful and answered all my questions.  Her staff actually took time to get to know me and what style dresses I liked.  They would point me in the right direction and would even look through the racks of dresses with me.  I found the dress of my dreams and was so pleased at the price.  Tonya and her staff also helped me with the tuxedos for the groomsmen.  They took care of all the guys and got them exactly what they needed.  For my bridesmaids, I had 3 that were coming from Chicago and West Virginia.  Tonya was able to mail them their dresses for me.  I was so pleased.  I never had to worry about anything.  When I got to the church on my wedding day, my dress was there waiting for me, pressed and ready to wear!  I highly recommend Precious Memories to the newly engaged gal!  Tonya and her staff will take extra good care of you!"

It has been  great to work with the friendly staff at Precious Memories for the planning of my wedding.  I am 44 and was previously married at 18 so a lot has changed in wedding planning. Thank you for all your help in the search for the perfect wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses for my Oct. wedding day. I am so looking forward to the rest that is to come when the dresses arrive in August. Thanks again for helping us to my make our wedding day special.

If you ask me for my thoughts on my experience with Precious Memories, I was so comfortable with every aspect.  I found my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and the tuxes with Tonya's help.  One of my bridesmaids lives out of state and she was helpful with getting the correct size ordered and shipped to her in plenty of time for any alterations she may have needed.  To have everything you need in one place made it all worth while and I am so pleased with our decision to put all of our faith into Precious Memories.  They helped us make our day special!

Tonya and the young ladies at Precious Memories Bridal were the most helpful in all my important bridal decisions. I visited several other bridal shops in the area, and I was disappointed in the lack of service and commitment I received from those shops. In my mind, there is no comparison to the service that Tonya provides her brides!  From the first day I stepped in Tonya's store, I felt welcome and important, and I continued to feel the same from every visit there. Half way through my wedding planning months, I moved over an hour away from Jackson. I had already purchased my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses at that point, but I had nothing to worry about. Despite the distance, Tonya kept me well informed by emails and phone calls of what was taking place and setting up appointments. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!
